Routine exam suggested annually. Screen blood pressure and weight. Contraception counseling. Cardiovascular risk assessment.
Cancer screening- Breast exam yearly, skin exam, lymph node exam, pelvic exam every 1-3 years, PAP smear every year until 3 normal tests then every1-3 years, mammogram every 1-2 yrs.
Lab testing- cholesterol screening every 3-5 yrs, blood sugar every 3-5 yrs
Immunizations- Tetanus booster every 10 yrs
Healthy lifestyle practices- healthy diet including 5 fruits and vegetables daily, regular aerobic exercise, Do not smoke, limit alcohol intake to 2 ounces or less daily, Limit sexual contacts
