Health screening exam every 1-3 yrs, screen blood pressure, weight   Cardiovascular risk assessment.

Cancer screening- colon and rectal cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, and examination of skin for skin cancer,

There are currently no effective screening methods for ovarian cancer, though a pelvic exam is suggested during the routine exam.

Testing-consider cholesterol screening every 3-5 years, consider blood sugar screening.

 Immunizations- Tetanus booster every 10 years, consider influenza every year

Healthy lifestyle to include regular exercise, diet including 5 fruits and vegetables a day, wear seatbelts.  Do not smoke or use tobacco products.  Limit alcohol intake to 2 ounces a day
