Testing- cholesterol screening every 3-5 years, blood sugar every 3-5 years
Healthy lifestyle- No smoking or use of other tobacco products. Limit alcohol intake to 2 ounces or less a day, Exercise regularly. Eat a healthy diet including 5 fruits and vegetables daily.
Immunizations- Tetanus booster every 10 years, consider yearly influenza vaccine
Consider daily aspirin.
