When community members pooled their resources to form the Berlin Hospital Association in 1911, little did they know how much their hometown hospital would impact the local quality of life the next 100 years and beyond.
During Your Surgery
You will be asked to sign a release of information form. During your surgical procedure, your family and friends will be asked to remain in our waiting area. The staff assigned to the area will keep the indicated individuals informed of your progress both during the procedure and while you are in the recovery area following surgery.
