Nancy Gimenez R.N., CDE
Diabetic Coordinator
Nancy attained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UW-Oshkosh in 1995, and has practiced in the hospital, homecare and management fields since that time. She joined CHN in 2001. Nancy enjoys helping people overcome their challenges with diabetes and watching positive changes occur in each person. “It’s remarkable what an individual can do if given the appropriate knowledge and tools”, according to Nancy. Call Nancy at 920-361-6530 with any questions about the program.

Danielle Krueger R.D.
Registered Dietitian
Danielle has a Bachelor of Science degree from Viterbo College in LaCrosse, WI. She also has varied experience including;
Long Term Care Dietitian, and Director of Nutrition Services at Mayville Nursing and Rehabilitative Center. She has worked at Berlin Hospital since 2002 as a Clinical Dietitian. Danielle was very involved in the development of our program. You can reach Danielle at 920-361-5509.

Sara Gerber Pharm. D.
Clinical Pharmacist
Sarah received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from UW-Madison in 1997 and her Pharmacy Doctorate in May 2007. She has been working at Berlin Hospital since April 2002 as a Pharmacist, and was instrumental in developing our diabetes programs.
