Throughout the course of a year, the CHN Foundation diligently raises money to continue making grants and helping those applicants who have sought our assistance.

During the year we raise money for our programs by various fundraisers; our yearend annual appeal; ongoing requests for support from service clubs, civic groups, and area businesses; and by donations graciously provided by employees of CHN through payroll deduction.

Annual events are the “Wine & Roses” Charity Wine Tasting fundraiser that takes place in Green Lake in early February.

In May of each year, there is the 5k Run/Walk for Cancer.  These funds are dedicated for the purpose of helping those stricken with cancer.

Each June, the Lucille Schultz “Caring for Kids” Charity Golf Classic is held.  The money raised by this event helps children and their families who are experiencing financial difficulties because of a serious medical condition.
