CHN Steps Back from Burning Down the Fox BBQ Competition

Community Health Network announced that it will not be organizing the Burning Down the Fox BBQ Competition, previously held in Princeton the last weekend in August.

“We love BBQ, love the competitors, love the event and especially want to support Princeton and the Princeton School System, unfortunately we had to make a tough decision and we felt that our resources would be better utilized focusing on health and wellness initiatives in all our communities,” stated Kelly Krause, Community Relations Director for CHN. “We really want to thank Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS), the competitors, our sponsors, and especially the faculty and staff of Princeton Public schools…without their help the event would not have been possible.”

Any groups or organizations interested in taking over Burning Down the Fox are encouraged to contact CHN at 920-361-6340.
