The CHN Foundation presents ‘Vegas Casino Night!’

Complete with gaming tables including Roulette, Black Jack, Texas Hold’em and Craps! Join in the fun on Saturday, October 8th at Oakwood Supper Club in Wild Rose. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. with playtime from 7:00 until 9:30 p.m. Ticket price is $20 advance ($25 at the door) and includes a drink ticket, a gift, lots of appetizers, and “fun money” to play with.

CHN Hosts Childbirth Class

The Family Birth Center at Berlin Memorial Hospital will be holding a 4-week Childbirth Class on September 6, 13, 20 & 27 from 7:00pm until 9:00pm in the Lower Level Meeting Room of the Hospital. The class will teach the expectant mother and her coach techniques to be used during the labor and birth experience.  If interested, please call the Family Birth Center at 361-5521 to reserve your spot. There is a $40 fee.

The human body is more than 50% water.  As we age, the percentage of water slowly decreases, with babies having about 75% water and adults about 55-60%.  Normal body function depends on adequate fluid balance.  How can we maintain a healthy fluid balance?

Berlin Memorial Hospital hosting 31st Annual Summer Conference

The Heidel House Resort and Conference Center in Green Lake is the location for the 31st Annual Summer Conference being held July 28th, 29th, and 30th sponsored by Berlin Memorial Hospital. The conference includes all active medical staff throughout Community Health Network, along with an open invitation to area physicians, family nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other nursing staff.

Sports Physicals Being Offered at CHN Medical Centers

CHN Medical Centers in Green Lake, Montello, Wautoma & Princeton are offering sports physicals for students needing the WIAA and Pop Warner sports physicals. Please call to schedule an appointment.

Montello: By appointment only throughout the months of July and August, call 608-297-2626
Wautoma: Tuesday, July 12th  3-6pm & Wednesday, July 20th  3-6pm, call 920-787-4613
Princeton: Wednesday, July 27th  3-5pm & Thursday, July 28th  3-5pm, call 920-295-6432
Green Lake: Tuesday, July 26th & Wednesday, July 27th from 1pm to 8pm, call 920-294-0100

    There is a $10.00 fee payable at the time of service.  Please contact your school to obtain the necessary WIAA/Pop Warner forms, and bring them with you to your appointment.
 

CHN Surgical Services Hosting Berlin’s Community Table

On Saturday, June 25th, the Surgical Services department from Community Health Network is hosting Berlin’s Community Table luncheon. The Community Table is a wonderful opportunity to provide a hot meal and fellowship for individuals and families in Berlin. There is no cost for the meal, which takes place at The Federated Church of Berlin, located at 192 E. Huron Street.  The CHN Surgical Services team will be providing delicious food for the meal, which begins at 11:00am and will end at 1:00pm. CHN Expands Ob/Gyn Services

Community Health Network is excited to offer the services of Dr. Christina Calvello, Ob/Gyn, to CHN Medical Center-Ripon, located at 1080 West Fond du Lac Street in Ripon. Due to the tremendous growth of Dr. Calvello’s practice, she will now be available to see her patients from the Ripon area on Thursday afternoons beginning June 30th.
