Community Health Network is teaming up with the UW-Madison School of Pharmacy and the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Adams, Green Lake, Marquette and Waushara Counties to help local residents get “med wise.” This program will be conducted by CHN pharmacist Craig Griffis, and Mark Schroth who will be available to answer medication questions, teach participants about commonly used medications, and address the benefits and side effects of medications. In addition, they will coach participants on how to manage complicated medicine schedules.
CHN is committed to help people prevent inappropriate use of medications, which can cause adverse effects and create increased risk for falls and other health problems.
This FREE series consists of two interactive sessions, to be held on Monday, December 3rd and Monday December 10th from 1:00-3:00pm in the MOB Conference Room at Berlin Memorial Hospital, 225 Memorial Drive, Berlin.
