Help Continue the Tradition of Community Healthcare by Joining CHN Membership!
For the same $2 fee that was assessed in 1911, CHN Membership is open to all residents, ages 18 and older, of the organization’s service area (which is defined as Green Lake, Marquette, Waushara, and portions of Winnebago and Fond du Lac counties).
