Cancer Screening - Prostate cancer, Colorectal cancer screening, skin cancer.
Testing - cholesterol screening every 3-5 years, blood sugar every 3-5 years.
Healthy Lifestyle - No smoking or use of other tobacco products. Limit alcohol intake to 2 ounces or less a day, Exercise regularly. Eat a healthy diet including 5 fruits and vegetables daily.
Immunizations - Tetanus booster every 10 years, consider yearly influenza vaccine.
Consider daily aspirin.
