Emergency Department
Our Emergency Department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet the needs of your family. We take pride in our ability to handle all situations from a sprained ankle to a life threatening emergency. Each member of our health care team has a personal commitment to deliver safe, efficient, quality care, and our goal is to exceed your expectations. All registered nurses are certified in advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced cardiac life support and trauma nursing core curriculum.
The Emergency Department is staffed with Board Certified Physicians. Mid-level Practitioners support our medical staff and decrease wait time by handling minor emergencies and urgent care needs. Treatment is initiated on critical patients. Those requiring immediate consultations with neurology, cardiology, etc. are transferred utilizing aeromedical services or advanced life support ambulances. We take pride in our ability to quickly stabilize patients for transfer to definitive care.
