We All Need a Good Night’s Sleep
Have you been snoozing through your days, and feel like you’re in a daze? Do you doze off any time you sit down for 5 minutes? Do you feel like you sleep all night, yet feel sleepy all day? With the busy and stressful lives we lead, it’s hard to determine just what “rested” truly is.

CHN “Burning Down the Fox” BBQ Competition Heating Up in Princeton
This is the 4th Annual "Burning Down the Fox" State Barbeque Championship, August 28th & 29th, 2009 in Princeton, Wisconsin, yet a first for Community Health Network. In prior years the event was run by the Princeton Rotary, and has been a huge success. As the event increases in size, the Rotary worked with CHN to take over the established event to continue to expand it, and make it the premier event for Princeton.

New activities are being planned along with the BBQ competition to make it an entire weekend of excitement. The all-weekend event takes place on the grounds of the Princeton Public School, and all proceeds from the event will go to the School.

The Flat Tire Band will kick-off the live entertainment on Friday night, August 28th, at 6:00pm. Their unique brand of West Coast high energy swing blues is a perfect compliment to a great summer evening. Whether you're working up a sweat dancing or just relaxing with your friends, it’s a band you shouldn’t miss!

On Saturday, there will be a Football Competition (throwing, kicking, and punting) with categories for ALL AGES. Also planned for the golfer’s in the crowd is a Long Drive Competition. Let's see that 350 yard drive. There will be divisions for men, women, and children. For the kid in all of us, giant inflatable’s activity zone. Spend the afternoon bouncing, climbing and sliding.

Adding some excitement to the day will be your opportunity to take a Voyager Canoe Ride. The Voyageur trip is truly a hands-on experience in history, and camaraderie. You will paddle the large voyageur canoe back in time to learn the history of the Fox River, and the importance of river travel. Trips run from 10am to 3pm on Saturday from the Fox River Park.

There will be a great selection of food to choose from. Try some of the best BBQ’d pork, ribs, and brisket, along with kids’ meals, and the good old fashioned root beer floats, cotton candy, and hot dogs.

Entertaining the crowd on Saturday at 6:00pm will be the Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show, held directly across from the BBQ grounds, where a boomtown comes alive with cowboys, bandits, miners, and saloon girls, all kept in line with frontier justice. Best of all, the admission is FREE. Following the Wild West show, live music begins back at the BBQ grounds, featuring The Bar Fliez, singing classic American Rock-n-Roll.
