“To support the health and wellness of people living in our service communities.”

The CHN Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and has funds available to help area children, adults, and families who are diagnosed with a serious medical, dental or mental health condition and lack the financial resources to help themselves.  The Foundation provides support through selected funds to help when an illness becomes a life changing situation.

Whether receiving assistance with their medical bills, transportation, lodging or other essential living expenses, our recipients gain the peace of mind they need to focus first and foremost on their health or the health of their loved one, rather than worrying about those responsibilities.

CHN "Wine & Roses" - Vintage 2013

The CHN Foundation presents a wine tasting fundraiser, benefiting our adult fund for those who are experiencing financial strains due to a serious medical condition.   Join us for this special event so we may continue helping our community members.

We’ll be featuring Premium Wines and special micro brews for tasting; in addition we’ll be serving wonderful food from the Heidel House. There will be spectacular silent auction items, baskets galore, exquisite diamond raffles, and so much more.
